I have called Austin home, since 1989, and I love this town. Austin is rapidly developing into a sprawling metro with her roots still well established in the small town psyche. I try my best to keep up with all the developments.
I graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a Masters Degree in Mechanical Engineering (M.S.E) and an Undergraduate Degree in Technology (B. Tech, summa cum laude) from the University of Kerala, India.
I am also a mortgage broker that provides home mortgages and commercial loans under the brand, Indus Loans (www.indusloans.com).
I am a certified MCE (Mandatory Continuing Education) instructor with the Texas Real Estate Commission.
My previous work experience includes being an Engineer at Indian Space Research Organization, in India, a Designer at Applied Materials in Austin, TX and a Branch Manager at Marlabs, in Austin, TX.

Dedy Tando, Realtor
Dedy has been on the move all his life. He was born in Indonesia and later moved to Singapore to further his studies at a young age. He then moved to the US for college and met the love of his life, who was born in Taiwan. Together, they have 3 children.
Dedy is an Engineer by day, and a budding Real Estate Investor outside of that. He has a keen interest in the Real Estate market, especially on the investment side. Having had 2 years of actual full-time experience as a real estate agent in Florida, Dedy is equipped with the fundamentals of how to succeed in Real Estate and help others find their dream home.
